On a larger organizational level, I can be of help in identifying and helping repair the dysfunction in the “invisible” organizational structure that is causing the unwanted side effects. I also work with new organizations and projects to help you get started off on the right foot.

Case Study 1
Problem:
An upper-level financial consultant was hitting a road block on finding the last investor for one large program. After several months without progress, he wondered what he wasn't seeing.
Cause:
He was using a specific investor profile that worked in finding the other investors. However, I could see the final investor was not within that profile.
Solution:
I identifed the profile type closely enough for him to move forward. This simple insight saved him hundreds of hours in the vetting process. He is currently successfully closing the program.
Case Study 2
Problem:
A company partnership dissolved, dividing its assets into two separate companies. Each partner went their own way to make a success on their own with the newly formed companies.
One partner did well. The other partner, who was the creative force of the partnership, couldn’t understand why the vendors he had good relationships with in the past were no longer interested in working with him. In fact, almost every previous business relationship inexplicably turned a cold shoulder.
Cause:
I could clearly see the energetic intent of his former partner’s real actions: in the months preceeding the dissolution, he confided in their vendors that he would be breaking from my client because he thought he was unethical and too great a risk.
Solution:
My client was able to get a sympathetic vendor to substantiate this, and began restoring his reputation vendor by vendor. He went on to re-establish his business relationships with a heightened understanding that key vendor relationships should always be preserved with his personal attention.
Case Study 3
Problem:
For several years, a non-profit organization struggled with both adequate membership and enthusiasm within the group. They couldn’t identify the cause. Regardless of what remedy they tried, the effort would deteriorate into argument and friction.
Cause:
After examining their energetic form of their organization, we found the cause in the energy echo of a philosophical division among the members. That division resulted in a group splitting off to form another group years earlier.
Solution:
Once the energy echo was removed, and the energy structure of the organization’s mission repaired, they could move successfully to fulfill their mission. One significant change they made to reinforce this healed state was to start each monthly meeting with a reading of the mission statement. They used it as a guide to reaffirm their common ground and intent.
Their renewed respect for the mission of the group, fueled their enthusiasm and their increasing membership numbers.
Business/Organization Consulting:
$275/hr
One-time or periodic consultation for key decisions or issues. Retainer relationships are defined on an individual client basis.
During the initial conversation, we’ll determine the scope of the project/issue and the best way to address it.
Critical Event Management:
$1,000 per day
Within an organization or a company there are critical periods of time where everything must work perfectly, where mistakes must be minimized, and conflicts and problems resolved quickly. Consider energy management as an energetic version of an air traffic control tower – diffusing energy problems before they become physical problems.
To do this, I am in a light meditative trance somewhere on-site. I am changing energy pathways, diffusing energy problems, restoring proper flows and spaces, and communicating spiritually as a guide with individuals and groups. The client can talk with me anytime during the session to get updates, share observations, etc.
During this session, which can last up to eight hours or several days depending upon the arrangement, I am documenting key observations about workflow, interdepartmental/interpersonal communication, operational blocks, and anything else specified by the client.
